SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Step 1
Online registration via INDES2020 website.
Step 2
Abstract submission via INDES2020 website. Letter of Acceptance will be sent to participants after abstract review.
Step 3
Upload video presentation to the cloud storage. Example, Google Drive etc.
Step 4
Upload proof of payment, extended abstract (optional) and video link using provided link in notification email.
Step 5
The proof of payment will be verified and the video presentation will be uploaded in the INDES2020 YouTube channel.
Step 6
During competition period, participants are encouraged to promote their video in INDES2020 YouTube Channel to win the People's Choice Award (based on the number of views and likes).
Step 7
Judging process by appointed experts.
Step 8
Announcement of the winners.
